Functional & Affinity dishes are gifts

Cook the dish, then walk up to the T-Doll you want on the Crew Deck and give it to her: Functional dishes permanently raise her stats, Affinity dishes raise her Affinity. Keep in mind that these dishes expire at the end of the day if not gifted.
